Kendari Eco Theme Park is an area built with the concept of sustainable urban development. By utilizing the natural resources of forest and bay that circles Kendari City so it gives assurance of the sustainability of the city. This area consists of housing, tourism, commercial, business, and trade. Kendari Eco Theme Park has a water area that is used for water tourism such as boat tours, floating restaurants, water sports, cafe tent, dock, and others.
